WHAT TO EXPECT
We would be privileged to have you join us for a Sunday Morning Worship service! Expect to be greeted at the door by friendly people who are glad you are here. Our worship services are a good mix between the traditional style of service you might remember from your childhood, with a liturgical biblical focus. The services generally run a little over one hour in length, beginning at 10:45. There is plenty for your kids to do throughout the service. And please bring your babies and toddlers! We have a comfortable and safe nursery area attached to the auditorium should you need it.
Feel free to come dressed in whatever you feel is right for you. You will meet people in their "Sunday best," and you will meet people in jeans and T-shirts.

OUR STORY
The Church of the Nazarene was founded in 1908 in Pilot Point, Texas, with the mission of introducing people to the love of Jesus and to His message of holiness. Today the General Church of the Nazarene has over 2.2 million members worldwide, worshiping in over 29,000 congregations in over 159 world areas. Our mission has not changed: to make Christlike disciples in the nations.
Sweet Home Church of the Nazarene was begun in 1938 by a small group of mission minded people with a heart for those in Sweet Home Oregon who were far from God. Through the years, the church has seen many changes within it and within the community.
Sweet Home Church of the Nazarene still exists today to introduce Christ to those who don't know Him, and to assist His followers along on their journey of discipleship.
